Probably think we're idiots for putting this one on the page, eh?  Actually it is a fairly nice product brought to us by our neighbors to the north.  Is it for everybody?  No way!  But it is an answer for a lot of people who want to get out of debt quicker, save thousands in interest and start to put the mortgage payment in a savings or retirement program.  It does work, by the way.

A very true statement that is not grounded in reality.  If people could do it themselves, they would.....most don't.  They don't have the discipline to do it.  That is why the BWMA (Bi-Weekly Mortgage Association) came into being.  You make the mortgage payment available and BWMA makes sure it is paid on time.  No refinancing, no credit checks and no hassles.  This program will turn a 30 year mortgage into 23 years.  Add a few extra dollars per month and it drops further.  The net effect is that you end up paying a lower effective interest rate on the money.  Does the client pay something for it?  Sure does.  But if I ask them that if I can let them tear up the last 84 payment coupons in their mortgage book, would they be willing to give me part of one of the payments?

Once the client is in the program, he can use it without additional costs.  He can use it on his next house...on anything that has monthly installment payments.
